Healthcare Election Issues

While our Health Care problems do deserve significant review and improvement, the solution to the health care as presented by the current Administration will make the problem worse, not better.

Unconstitutional changes and significant medical expenses could bankrupt the nation. A more corrective approach would accomplish much more improvement with much less expense:

Eliminate the interstate regulation restrictions currently in place,substantially reducing the coast of health care insurance and opening the market to true competition.
Reform Tort laws to reduce costs caused by defensive medicine, and reduce the backlog of cases awaiting adjudication in our court system.

Of course, in order to get this greatly needed Tort Reform, we will need to decrease the overwhelming number of lawyers in the Congress by electing a true cross-section of American patriots to serve in Congress.
